As financial analyst, you will have the opportunity to join a specialized team managing alternative investment funds and real estate companies. You will be responsible for a portfolio of companies, reviewing and preparing reporting packages, monitoring daily activity, co-ordinating transactions.

As a member of our specialized team your responsibilities will be to:  

• Analyse and review property level accounting to report monthly valuations 
• Review and prepare adjustments of foreign property accounting to LUXGAAP and Alternative Investment Fund law
• Preparation corporate bookkeeping, fund reporting and annual financial statements in accordance with LUXGAAP
• Manage and monitor financial operational with external parties activity to address liquidity, fiscal, legal risks and resolve issues within real estate structures
• Provide support to external tax advisors, auditors, property managers
• Assist in the preparation and execution of board and shareholder meetings
• Planning and implementing distributions and corporate actions
• Co-ordinate real estate transactions and financial due diligence

What we expect from you:

• Degree in economics or business, tax consulting or similar. Further education such as in accounting would be an asset
• Good bookkeeping skills and basic knowledge of tax are essential
• First IFRS experience would be an advantage
• Experience working in SAP would be an advantage
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Assertiveness and confidence
• Talent for analysis, communication, co-ordination and advising 
• Fluent English (verbal and written). German would be an asset
